Natasha Tan

Natasha Tan is an experienced professional in customer analytics and marketing, currently serving as Head of Customer Analytics at StarHub Ltd since 2010. In this role, Natasha leads a team of business analysts to deliver consumer insights that support the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams in developing effective go-to-market strategies and customer retention initiatives across various markets, including pre-paid and post-paid mobile services and residential home services. Prior to joining StarHub, Natasha was Associate Research Director at IDC Asia/Pacific, where responsibilities included leading a team in primary research and custom analytics for technology vendors, as well as driving revenue growth for the peripherals research group. Natasha began their career as a Marketing Executive at Pilot Pen and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University.
