Elyssa Gibbons has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elyssa began their career as a Public Relations Assistant at Loyola University Chicago Ministry Department in 2010. Elyssa then worked as a Server at Mentor Harbor Yachting Club from 2010 to 2011, where they honed skills in multitasking, customer service, and time management. In 2012, they joined Loyola University Chicago Marketing Communications Department as a Media, Production, and Billing Intern, where they took on various responsibilities such as updating financial budgets, purchasing advertisements, and supporting university marketing projects. In 2013, Elyssa started working at Starcom USA as an Intern before progressively advancing to roles including Media Associate, Media Supervisor, Associate Director, and Media Director. Their work at Starcom primarily involved strategy and planning for clients such as W. K. Kellogg Co. Elyssa currently holds the position of Vice President, Director leading Strategy/Planning for the Health & Taste portfolio of Kellogg's cereal brands at Starcom.
Elyssa Gibbons has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they participated in a study abroad program at the John Felice Rome Center. Prior to university, they received a High School Diploma from Lake Catholic High School between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained certification in Google Doubleclick Bid Manager from DoubleClick in 2016.
