Lee Broome is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and recruitment. Currently serving as Store Manager at Starbucks since March 2024, Lee leads a high-volume store, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives and customer service excellence. Previously, as a Healthcare Sourcer at UMC Health System, Lee enhanced the Employer Brand and improved candidate engagement through targeted campaigns. Lee also held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Knowles Precision Devices, managing over 60 requisitions, and worked as a Recruiter at Google, where innovative sourcing strategies were developed for technology roles. Lee’s extensive experience includes a distinguished 13-year tenure in the United States Air Force, serving as both a Military Recruiter and Aviation Resource Manager, effectively managing personnel and enhancing recruitment efforts.
