Klint Arnold has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Director at Starbucks since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing the business operations of 12-14 stores across Cincinnati, Northern KY, and Central Kentucky. Prior roles at Starbucks include Interim Regional Director, Human Resources Manager, and District Manager, focusing on recruitment, safety, and community outreach. Before joining Starbucks, Klint held progressively responsible positions at the University of Kentucky's Dining Services, culminating in co-management of a $20 million restaurant with over 200 employees. Klint holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1997 and 2001.
