Jenny Leland is an accomplished Program Manager specializing in Inclusive Design at Starbucks since February 2015, where responsibilities include defining strategies for inclusive physical and digital spaces. Leland has a diverse background that encompasses roles such as Sr Project Manager in both Inclusive Design and Americas Store Development, focusing on innovative design solutions and cross-functional project coordination. As co-chair of the Starbucks Access Alliance, Leland played a key role in promoting accessibility and disability inclusion, notably contributing to the launch of the first Starbucks Signing Store in the US.
