Donald MacRae has extensive experience in human resources, with a current role as HR Director for EMEA at Starbucks since 2018, overseeing talent management and the partner life cycle. Prior to Starbucks, Donald served in various HR director roles at Microsoft from 2014 to 2018, where projects included the Strategic Talent Planning program and workforce model transitions. Donald's career includes significant positions at Nokia, where responsibilities spanned from leading HR in China to global HR support for the Mobile Phones unit. Noteworthy achievements include managing large-scale organizational transformations and successful integration efforts during acquisitions. Donald holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of Aberdeen.
