Brandon Carson serves as the Vice President of Learning, Leadership, and Cultural Experiences at Starbucks since May 2023, and is the Founder of L&D Cares, where strategic planning and programming for no-cost coaching and mentoring for talent development professionals are led. With a robust background in leadership development, Carson held previous roles as Vice President at Walmart overseeing the Global Leadership Academy and leading talent development strategies for U.S. operations. Experience also includes directorial positions at Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Sun Microsystems, where significant contributions to learning transformation and organizational training initiatives were made. Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications and a Master of Education in eLearning Technology and Design from Jones International University.
