Amber McDonald has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Retail Store Manager at Sunglass Hut since February 2012. In this role, Amber has successfully trained 14 new managers in the region and achieved a significant increase in monthly training completion from 80% to 95%. Amber consistently surpassed yearly sales targets across four different locations. Prior to this, Amber worked as a self-employed nanny from September 2009 to December 2011 and held managerial positions at Tan Factory from August 2004 to September 2007, overseeing operations at two stores with a staff of 4-5 people. Amber holds a degree in General Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Clackamas Community College.
