Rachael Jenkins is a medical transcriptionist at Star Valley Health, a position held since December 2020. Previous experience includes roles as an onsite apartment manager at Seattle Property Management Associates from July 2012 to August 2018, and as a health educator at both Summit Health, Inc. and Health Solutions from December 2012 to October 2014. Rachael also served as a teaching assistant at BYU-Idaho from January 2011 to August 2012, where responsibilities included one-on-one student support and instruction in the cadaver lab. Earlier work experience includes a receptionist role in education, providing student support, and as a personal assistant at Crabtree Dental, managing administrative tasks. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in 2012.
