Mohit Vazir is an accomplished data and analytics leader with over a decade of experience in various roles at Staples. Currently serving as the Director of Data & Analytics, Mohit oversees a diverse team of more than 125 personnel, focusing on budget management for the Azure cloud and on-premises data organization while reducing operational costs. Previous positions include Senior Manager, where a successful transition to a new Warehouse Management System resulted in reduced logistics expenses, and Lead Operations Research Analyst, responsible for negotiating cost savings of $10 million annually with parcel carriers. Mohit began the career at Clemson University as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to Six Sigma educational materials and editorial tasks for academic journals. Mohit holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
