Melissa Niemczyk has extensive experience in the field of global mobility and benefits management, currently serving as Vice President of Towards Rewards at Staples since September 2012. Melissa's career at Staples includes roles such as Senior Director of Total Rewards and Head of Benefits, where responsibilities encompassed leading the development of innovative benefit programs and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance associate well-being. Prior to Staples, Melissa spent nearly a decade at EMC, where positions included Manager of Global Mobility and Immigration & Relocation Specialist, focusing on policy consultation and management of relocation services for a global workforce. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Salem State University and an Associate's degree in Business from Hesser College.
