Joel Hendrix, CFI, is an experienced loss prevention and asset protection professional with a robust background in security operations and management. Currently serving as the Field Loss Prevention Manager at Staples since March 2020, Joel has previously held positions including Loss Prevention Investigator at Watsco, Inc., and Area Asset Protection Manager at JCPenney, where responsibilities included internal investigations, operational compliance, and theft detection. Joel's earlier career includes roles as a Project Manager at DH Paint Services and Police Detective with the City of Chickasha, contributing to workman’s compensation program implementations and crime deterrence. Joel's extensive experience in law enforcement and loss prevention is complemented by ongoing education, including a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor's degree underway at Oklahoma State University.
