Jim Strickland is an experienced operations manager currently serving as SDO Fleet Manager at Staples since 2008. In this role, Jim Strickland oversees the Staples Delivery Operation, ensuring efficient and safe delivery performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing associate performance, budgeting, and continuous improvement in operational efficiencies.
