Fernando Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the natural resources and ESG sectors across Latin America. Currently serving as a Senior Partner and Regional Leader at Stanton Chase since May 2021, Rodriguez leverages a global perspective to provide executive search services. Previously, as General Manager for South America at Swann, Rodriguez led market growth initiatives and built management teams for tier one foreign companies. Their career also includes strategic roles at Magellan Australia, where Fernando focused on international expansion, and 3D-GEO, where Fernando developed a regional export strategy for geoscientific services. Additionally, Rodriguez contributed to renewable energy projects at Andean Geothermal Power. Academic credentials include a Master of International Relations in International Trade from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
