Bill Stratton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Stanton Chase since December 2020, Bill Stratton plays a pivotal role in a leading global executive search firm. Prior to this, Bill Stratton was a Partner at WRS Executive Search from January 1999 to December 2020, where responsibilities included client relationship management and engagement strategies. Additionally, Bill Stratton contributed significantly to the University of Illinois Alumni Association, serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, overseeing global alumni engagement for a network of approximately 700,000 alumni. Bill Stratton holds a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
