Beate Plueckhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Stanton Chase, Plueckhan focuses on executive search and leadership advisory since September 2023. Previously, Plueckhan held significant leadership roles at Archroma LLC, including Head of Business Cluster Europe and Region President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to sales, commercial management, and regional supply chain oversight. Prior roles at Clariant International LTD involved leading sales and marketing efforts in Europe, alongside managing global key accounts and product lines. Plueckhan earned a Dipl. Ing in Textile Engineering and a Diplom (FH) in Textile Science and Technology from Hochschule Kaiserslautern between 1985 and 1989.
