Jim Kurtz has a diverse work experience in the real estate and restaurant industries. Jim started their career at McDonalds USA, LLC in 2000, where they worked as the Lead Development Director for the Atlantic Group until 2016. In 2016, they joined McDonald's Corporation as the Sr. Development Director for Latin America, a role they held until 2017. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Stansell Properties & Development, LLC.

Jim Kurtz attended Murray State University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Jim later pursued some post-graduate MBA training from 2001 to 2003 at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
