Jim Kurtz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at both Stansell Properties & Development, LLC and JTS Contracting since July 2017, Jim Kurtz previously held the position of Senior Development Director for Latin America at McDonald's Corporation from March 2016 to July 2017, where leadership and strategy for real estate, construction, and portfolio management were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Jim Kurtz was the Lead Development Director for the Atlantic Group at McDonald's USA, LLC, from 2000 to March 2016. Jim Kurtz holds a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Murray State University and has completed post-graduate MBA training in Business Administration and Management at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business.
