Haresh Ghansyam is an experienced executive with a strong background in engineering and product management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Development at Roper Technologies, Inc. and Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Haresh has previously held multiple leadership roles at National Oilwell Varco, including Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Product Commercialization, Vice President of Engineering & Technology, and Vice President of Quality. Haresh holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. Haresh's expertise includes strategic growth decision-making, overseeing product development processes, engineering management, and fostering customer relationships.
