Darrel Gibson is an accomplished finance and business leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and process optimization. Currently serving as VP of M&A Integrations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Darrel has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including VP of Automation & Process Optimization and VP of Enterprise Continuous Improvement. Prior roles include Associate Vice President at Fairfield University, CFO of the Aftermarket Division at Barnes Aerospace, and various financial management positions at Sikorsky Aircraft and United Technologies. Darrel's career began at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Auditor. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Leadership from the University of New Haven and a BS in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University.
