Dave Giardina has extensive work experience in the homebuilding industry. Dave most recently served as the Director of Field Operations at Stanley Martin Homes starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Shugart Enterprises from October 2009 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as an Area Manager at Mattamy Homes from December 2006 to October 2009. Dave began their career at Ryan Homes and held the role of Production Manager from 1986 to 2006.

Dave Giardina attended PennWest Clarion from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
