Melissa Hollatz is a Stanford DCI Fellow at Stanford University since September 2023. Hollatz serves as Director on the Board of Directors for the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, having been Board President since July 2022, and for Project Happiness. Additionally, Hollatz has been a Director at Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence since January 2006, serving as Board Chair from 2007 to 2017, and was a Director at The Horse Park at Woodside from May 2011 to February 2023. Prior to these roles, Hollatz was a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, focusing on corporate and securities law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, from September 1997 to February 2023. Hollatz holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University.
