Carlos Rodriguez Santiago, M.S. is a current PhD student at Stanford University focusing on developing next-generation diagnostics to address pandemics. Significant experience includes roles as an Antibody Discovery Technology Consultant at Tegus and a Research Engineer in Protein Therapeutics at Sarafan ChEM-H, where Carlos led major projects in antibody engineering and managed procurement processes. Prior experience encompasses positions at Ligand Pharmaceuticals and xCella Biosciences, where Carlos contributed to high-throughput antibody discovery and optimization. Carlos has also co-led the Citizens' Climate Lobby Silicon Valley North Chapter and completed a Master's degree at the University of Michigan, developing innovative platforms for therapeutic antibody discovery. The academic background is solidified with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
