Kristel Anne Fallon is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Registered Nurse Coordinator at Stanford Health Care since June 2016, where responsibilities include managing clinical care, program development, and clinical program management. Kristel made history as the first nurse to be credentialed in Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC) within the Chest Clinic Department. Prior roles include RN Transitional Care Coordinator, Admissions Nurse at VITAS Healthcare, Registered Nurse and Client Care Manager at Home Care Assistance, CNA Instructor at Mountain View-Los Altos Adult School, Registered Nurse at Grant Cuesta Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation Center, and Assisted Living Director at Sunnyside Gardens Assisted Living, where recognition as Employee of the Month was achieved in December 2009. Kristel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Baguio.
