Heather Williams currently serves as the Director of Space Management at Stanford Health Care since April 2022. Prior experience includes extensive roles at Kaiser Permanente from October 2008 to April 2022, notably as the Director of Capital Planning & Facility Services and Planning Manager, where responsibilities included liaising with executive leadership for capital planning strategies and overseeing space planning and facility services. Additionally, Heather contributed as an Executive Consultant, ensuring strategy alignment for capital planning and clinical technology. Earlier, as a Senior Consultant, leadership was provided in rolling out Unit Based Teams and enhancing operational performance. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and certifications in Lean/Six Sigma with Black Belt from Juran and Green Belt from the Kaiser Permanente Improvement Institute.
