Tatsiana Zaretskaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, technology, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Executive Advisor at Stargate Hydrogen since April 2024, Tatsiana co-founded Meliora in January 2023, focusing on automating sustainability solutions. As a mentor at both the Stanford AI & Web3 Research Lab Association and Beamline Accelerator, Tatsiana contributes to advancing clean innovation and supporting startups. Tatsiana's past roles include Founder and CEO of Laava Tech Inc., where energy-efficient electronics were developed for indoor farming automation, and Associate Counsel at Hyde & Associates, specializing in telecommunications regulations. Tatsiana holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
