Janice Baranoski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality management, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as Bid Development Manager for LEAP at StandardAero since January 2024, Janice has held various leadership roles, including Director of Quality and Operations at Precision ADM and Director of Quality at PADM Group of Companies. Previous positions at StandardAero include Production Manager and Director of Quality, and Janice has also worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Phillips and Temro Industries. Janice began their career as a Technical Officer at the National Research Council Canada. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
