Patrick Joyce has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Patrick first worked at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant/Audit from July 1996 to October 2000. After that, they joined Kerber Milling Company as a CEO/CFO from October 2000 to February 2018. During their time there, the company expanded its services to include swine production management and business services. In 2009, Joyce became the President of Ag Property Solutions, a position they held until June 2018. In 2012, they also became the President of BARNVISTA, LLC. Since February 2018, Joyce has served as the President of Standard Nutrition Company and Standard Nutrition Services, LLC, a livestock nutrition company committed to helping producers meet their objectives.

Patrick Joyce attended Morningside University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.
