TJ Ayer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and customer service. At Standard Locknut, TJ served as both Customer Service Lead and Inside Sales Manager between May 2022 and April 2024. Prior to this, TJ worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Frew Process Group from October 2021 to June 2022. Extensive experience in operations and sales was gained during the tenure at BDI from June 2015 to October 2021, where TJ held the positions of Operations Manager and Inside Sales. TJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Brooks Institute, completed between 2008 and 2010.
