Roopak Sekhri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and process improvement. Currently serving as Director - Global ITSM Process Owner - Service Operations at Standard Chartered Bank since December 2015, Roopak is responsible for the design, execution, and performance of IT service processes. Prior to this role, Roopak held the position of Senior Vice President - Global Process Owner for Change Management & Change Evaluation at Merrill Lynch from April 2007 to November 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing process development and improvement, analyzing key performance indicators, and ensuring training and compliance among staff. Roopak also served as Senior Vice President - Support Service for AsiaPac, focusing on technology service desk operations and problem management.
