Stacey Swanson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in talent development, human resources leadership, and HR consulting. Stacey is currently the Director of Talent Development at Stand Together. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director and Human Resources leader at Infor, where they developed and implemented talent initiatives for the Americas division. Stacey has also served as the Senior Director of Talent and Strategy at Children's Minnesota, where they led compliance work and provided strategic leadership. Stacey has held various roles at organizations such as Salo LLC, Walser Automotive Group, Buffalo Wild Wings, CultureRx, Valspar, Schroeder Milk Company, Inc., and GE Capital. Stacey has demonstrated expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, change management, HR strategy, and compensation.

Stacey Swanson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics at the University of Minnesota Morris from 1988 to 1992. Stacey also attended Robbinsdale-Armstrong High School, although the specific dates of their attendance are not provided.

In addition to their academic background, Stacey has obtained various certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Stacey is a ProsciĀ® Certified Change Practitioner, having completed the certification program offered by Prosci in March 2022. Furthermore, they are certified as a SHRM - SCP (Senior Certified Professional) by SHRM, which they achieved in September 2015. Stacey also holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in May 2010.
