Tito SantosSilva, M.A., currently serves as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Initiative at Stand Together Foundation since May 2022, focusing on strategy development, operations, and relationship management with partners. Previously, Tito led a team of Program Officers as the Director of Partnership Development, emphasizing vision, strategy, and partnership cultivation in the social sector. Tito has held executive roles, including Executive Director at Boston Uncornered and various directorial positions at UTEC and the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. An experienced program director with a background in youth services and community engagement, Tito holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
