Erietta Sapounakis currently serves as the Head of Product Design at Stan., beginning in June 2023, with a focus on Product Design and UX research for the upcoming Olympics. Previously, Erietta held the position of Head of UX at THE ICONIC from December 2020 to March 2023, managing a team of UX and UI designers and contributing to agile methodologies and company OKR processes. Erietta's experience also includes roles such as Head of Customer Experience at Uniting, Product Design Manager at Telstra, and Senior Customer Experience Consultant at CXCO. Erietta has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with Honours from the University of Sydney and a Certificate IV in Graphic Design Production from SAE Institute.
