Ms. Zea is the co-founder and managing partner at JUEL, a leading executive search firm and talent consultancy focused on the discipline of marketing. Prior to founding JUEL, Ms. Zea had general management roles in marketing services in both the US and Europe including Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff, Young & Rubicam, as well as Chief Marketing Officer for McCann Erickson across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

In addition to Stamford Health, Ms. Zea sits on the Advisory Board of marketing-services firm, HART, as well as the Board and Executive Committee of Alexandra’s Playground, a non-profit dedicated to providing healthy play to underserved children. Prior to joining Stamford Health, Ms. Zea was on the Board and Executive Committee of Horizons’, a non-profit focused on providing academic, social and cultural enrichment to underserved children.

Ms. Zea graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in English literature. Ms. Zea currently resides in New Canaan.
