Barbara Carr is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Service Line Director for Women's and Children's Service Line at Stamford Health since July 2017, Barbara provides operational and administrative direction for various departments including Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Breast Center. Prior to this role, Barbara worked at March of Dimes, where responsibilities included overseeing social media outreach and managing health information delivery initiatives. Barbara also held positions in business administration, fundraising, health education consulting, and health promotion management at organizations such as Centennial Advisory Group, YWCA USA, Carr Consulting, and Oxford Health Plans. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College, a Master of Science in Health Science from Long Island University, and a certificate in Law from The University of Edinburgh.
