Kelby Napolillo, CAPM, has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as an Oil & Gas Assistant Project Manager and Field Engineer at Stahl Sheaffer Engineering LLC since November 2016, Kelby oversees site development, estimates project budgets, and ensures safety compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Field Engineer and Construction Coordinator at Antero Resources, and as a Field Engineer and Construction Inspector at G.A. Covey Engineering. Additional early career positions include a Structural Engineer I Internship at Wilson Works, Inc., and a Research and Development Internship at Condumex. Kelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both obtained from West Virginia University between 2003 and 2007.
