Yadira Ramirez is an Associate Attorney at Gearing Rackner & McGrath LLP since April 2024, previously holding the same position at Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. from January 2023 to April 2024. Yadira's legal experience includes a Judicial Externship at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon in 2021, and a Summer Law Clerk position at the Civil Liberties Defense Center. Prior to these roles, Yadira worked as a Law Clerk for Public Defenders Services of Lane County, Inc., and served as a Teaching Assistant for the LSAC Summer Plus Program at the University of Oregon School of Law. Yadira holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Sonoma State University. Additional experience includes roles as a Camp Counselor/Assistant Director at Steve & Kate's Camp, an Education Technician at Sonoma County Water Agency, and a Programs Associate at Sonoma Country Day School.
