Randy Duax is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stagwell since 2022, Randy previously held the role of SVP, Executive Talent at Stagwell from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Director for Asia-Pacific at WPP from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed senior executive recruitment across multiple regions including Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, and Tokyo. Earlier in Randy's career, roles included Managing Director and Director at Koller Search Partners from 2004 to 2012. Randy holds a BA in Political Science and Rhetoric from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MFA in Creative Writing from Long Island University, Southampton Campus.
