Scott Rhoney is an accomplished IT management professional with over 25 years of expertise, currently serving as the Owner of Matrix Consulting in Houston since January 1998. With a strong background in network administration and a comprehensive understanding of complex IT infrastructures, Scott has effectively managed a wide array of technologies, including cloud services and network appliances.
