Katja van Dam currently works as a Horecamedewerker at Staffyou since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Hockey trainster and Stagiair at HockeyWerkt from September 2019 to May 2022, where a keeperschool was established at HC Rijnvliet in Utrecht. Katja also interned at MHC Fletiomare from August 2020 to July 2021, focusing on talent development and conducting physical and mental assessments for youth teams. Additional experience includes serving as a Keeperstrainer D en C at a.s.r. and as an Administratief medewerker. Earlier work involved supporting sports activities for seniors during an internship at In beweging. Katja held a position as a Verkoopmedewerker at Hockey Republic from July 2014 to September 2018. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Bewegingswetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies and a Minor in Prestatieontwikkeling bij jonge atleten from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
