Andrew Stokes is the Chief Executive of the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. Previously, Andrew. was the Head of Corporate Accounting at Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.
