Neil Nicholls has extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors, including emergency services and hospitality. Currently serving as a retained firefighter at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and a Non-Executive Director at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, Neil has also held significant roles at Aston Marina as Operations Director and Commercial Manager since 2018. Previously, as Head of Operations at Aston Marina Ltd, Neil contributed from 2015 to 2024, and as Owner of The Horns from 2017 to 2018. Neil's earlier positions include Head of Catering Operations at SMSS LTD, where responsibilities involved managing large teams and overseeing menu development, as well as various roles at Marston's PLC, focusing on menu development and kitchen training. Neil's career began at SIP Hospitality as Restaurant & Promotions Manager. Educational background includes attending Weston Road 6th Form and Weston Road High School.
