Joe Davey is an experienced NDE Development Engineer and former Non-Destructive Testing Apprentice at Rolls-Royce, where employment began in September 2018. In addition to engineering expertise, Joe serves as an On-Call Crew Manager and On-Call Firefighter with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service since January 2018. Previously, Joe worked as a Lifeguard for Merlin Entertainments plc from May 2016 to December 2017. Joe holds a BEng in Non-Destructive Testing from the University of Northampton, completed between 2018 and 2022, and attended The JCB Academy from 2013 to 2017.
