Frieda Vincent has over 40 years of work experience. Frieda began their career in 1973 as a Teacher at Opoortunities Industrialization Center. In 1982, they moved to The Geneva Companies as Director of the Publishing Department. Frieda then worked as a Business Consultant for the Minority Business Development Agency - U.S. Department of Commerce from 1994 to 1998. In 1998, they became Office Manager for Ameriprise (Franchise). In 2012, Frieda worked as a Freelance Contractor providing Business Services and Temporary Staffing. Frieda also held the role of Director of Operations (virtual job) at Boardwalk Brands in 2012. Finally, Frieda was an Operations Manager at Staffor Consulting LLC-Professional Staffing Solutions from 2014 until present.

Frieda Vincent attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1978 to 1980 and completed a Course of Study in Principles and Practices of Vocational Education.
