Miyahana Dwirahayu is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in commercial excellence and operational management. Currently serving as a Commercial Excellence Manager at Sampingan since March 2020, Miyahana has focused on enhancing end-to-end client experiences and optimizing commercial processes across departments. Previous roles include Business Specialist in the CEO Office at Sampingan, where sales processes were revamped, and Operation Associate at Woobiz, which involved streamlining operations and managing cross-functional collaborations. Miyahana has also contributed as an Independent Consultant with the Indonesian Ministry of Industry and as a Business Analyst at Ganesha Tekno Indonusa. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
