Ilija Lazarov has a significant amount of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, having worked at Microsoft itself in various roles including Country Business Manager and Technology Specialist Manager. ilija has also held roles as an architect and consultant for companies like Satama Interactive and Sovelto Oy. Additionally, Lazarov has experience as a trainer and consultant, specializing in Internet and Microsoft technologies. ilija has most recently worked as an Engineering Lead at Staffbase, where they lead a team of software engineers to extend Microsoft 365, Gmail, and AWS for internal communications. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at the same company, and before that, they worked as a Technical Partner Manager for Valo Digital Workplace Suite.

Ilija Lazarov attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1991 to 1995. ilija also attended LYK from 1986 to 1989.
