Jeremy Hon is the Co-Founder and CTO of StaffAny, a leading workforce management solution in Southeast Asia since January 2018. In this role, Jeremy leads the engineering team, focusing on empowering employees through the integration of operations and HR to enhance business performance. Prior to this, Jeremy gained experience as a Site Reliability Engineer Intern and Software Engineering Intern at UpGuard, and participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in Silicon Valley. Additionally, Jeremy worked as a Tech Intern at ShopBack, gaining full-stack experience and contributing to website code migration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2018, and earlier studies at Hwa Chong Institution.
