Jen Gruin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Michigan Technological University. Jen has held various positions at Life Time Inc., including Regional Manager, Senior Manager, Personal Training Manager, Personal Training Assistant Manager, Group Training Coordinator, and Personal Trainer. Currently, at StaffBright, Jen serves as a Talent Partner II. Prior to their career at Life Time Inc., Jen was the Student Manager of Athletic Promotions at Michigan Technological University.
