Saskia Ebert has extensive experience in recruiting and employer branding, currently serving as Gruppenleiterin Recruiting & Arbeitgebermarketing at Stadtwerke Kiel AG since October 2018, previously holding the position of Recruiterin. Prior to this role, Saskia gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Stryker from April 2018 to September 2018. In terms of education, Saskia is pursuing a degree as a Systemische Moderatorin at the Akademie für systemische Moderation, set to complete in April 2024. Saskia holds a Master of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Fachhochschule Kiel, awarded between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Kiel University.
