Thomas Schmelzle is an Industrial Designer at SDI Technologies, Inc. since August 2022, with prior experience as a Production Designer at Nephros, where responsibilities included production design for medical and commercial materials and 3D product modeling. Previous roles include Graphic and Web Designer at Matrix Mirrors, specializing in web redesign and UI/UX, and Multimedia Studio Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, managing large format printing services. Thomas also served as Launchpad Lead Student Coordinator for design expos and worked as a CAD Modeling Consultant for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, instructing staff in 3D modeling software. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and participated in an exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology.
